Every job is quoted at a transparent fixed price (or, for larger installations, against a detailed written estimate). Our current rates are listed on the Prices page.

12-Month Workmanship Guarantee

Every installation and repair carries a written 12-month workmanship guarantee. Parts and pumps themselves carry the original manufacturer's warranty (typically 2 years on Grundfos, Wilo and Lowara commercial booster sets) on top of our labour cover.

First-Visit Fix Commitment

Our vans are stocked with the most common consumables — mechanical seals, pressure transducers, contactors, capacitors, pre-charge gauges and genuine OEM spares for Grundfos, DAB, Lowara, Wilo and Stuart Turner sets. The majority of repairs are completed on the first visit.

£5 Million Liability Cover

We hold £5 million public liability insurance covering commercial, residential and industrial premises.

Experienced Engineers

Every member of our team is trained on the major commercial booster pump brands. We don't sub-contract.

Professional Appearance

Engineers arrive in clean branded workwear with photo ID — so you always know who is on your premises.

Transparent Invoicing

Every invoice includes a line-by-line breakdown of labour and parts — no vague lump sums.

Data Protection & Confidentiality

Building access details, plant room layouts and service histories are never shared outside the engineer attending your site. Handled in strict compliance with UK data protection legislation.
